- Best For: When you need your jewelry sooner
Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can follow your package's journey.
My Package Hasn't Arrived Yet – What Should I Do?
We know how exciting it is to receive your new jewelry, and we understand it can be frustrating when it doesn't arrive as expected. Here's what to do:
Step 1: Check Your Tracking Information Use the tracking number we sent you to see where your package is. Sometimes packages experience delays due to weather, high shipping volumes, or other factors beyond our control.
Step 2: Wait for the Expected Delivery Window
- Standard Shipping: Please allow the full 5 business days from the ship date
- Priority Shipping: Please allow the full 3 business days from the ship date
Remember, business days don't include Sundays or holidays.
Step 3: Contact Us If your package hasn't arrived after the expected delivery window, please reach out to us at nicholeandersondesigns@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Your tracking number
- The date your order was shipped
We'll work with you to locate your package or arrange a replacement.
My Tracking Says "Delivered" But I Didn't Receive It – What Now?
Don't panic! This happens more often than you'd think, and there are several places your package might be:
Check These Common Spots:
- Your mailbox or parcel locker: USPS often delivers small packages directly to mailboxes
- Front porch, back porch, or side door: Carriers sometimes leave packages in sheltered areas
- With a neighbor: Your mail carrier may have left it with a trusted neighbor for safekeeping
- Inside your home: Ask family members or roommates if they brought the package inside
- Your building's office or front desk: If you live in an apartment or condo, check with building management
Still Can't Find It?
- Wait 24 hours: Sometimes packages are scanned as "delivered" slightly before they actually arrive
- Check with your local post office: Call or visit your local USPS office with your tracking number – they can provide more specific delivery details

Contact us: If you still can't locate your package after checking these options, email us at nicholeandersondesigns@gmail.com within 48 hours of the "delivered" scan. Include:
- Your order number
- Your tracking number
- Confirmation that you've checked all the locations above
We'll help you file a claim with USPS and work toward a resolution, whether that's a refund or replacement.
Important Notes
- Tracking Updates: Tracking information can sometimes be delayed. If your tracking hasn't updated in a few days, this doesn't necessarily mean there's a problem.
- Weather & Holidays: Severe weather, federal holidays, and peak shipping seasons (like the holidays) can cause delays beyond the estimated delivery times.
- Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
- Signature Requirements: Our packages don't require a signature. If you won't be home, USPS will typically leave the package in a safe location.
