Refund Policy

Every piece in our shop is handmade and one-of-a-kind, so we aren't able to offer refunds or exchanges. The beads, charms, and materials that go into each creation are often vintage or limited, meaning once a piece sells, we may not have what we need to make another one like it.

However, if something isn't right with your order—damage during shipping or anything else unexpected—please get in touch with us. We care about your experience and may be able to offer a coupon toward something else in the shop.
